x	Placencia Tours: Full Day Snorkel Trip your trip begins with a pick up at your dock and a boat ride to one of the nearby islands. The island varies with weather conditions and if you wish to do more than one full day, you will go to different islands. The trip is a full day with boat, guide, lunch and gear. If Laughing Bird Caye is the destination, there is a $4 entrance fee because it’s a National Park and you will have to pay this at the site . One other caye also has an entrance fee that you will need to pay, if that island is the destination. Your guide will show you excellent snorkeling and provide you with lunch before retuning you back to the dock of your hotel. Full Day Tour of Cockscomb Basin Cockscomb Basin is also known as the Jaguar Reserve. You will not see jaguars, as they are nocturnal and also very elusive but your guide will take you hiking in the basin. The guide is a naturalist guide and will point out wildlife and birds. A picnic lunch is included in this trip, as well as entrance fees into the park. Bring a swimming suit because you will float by tube down a beautiful mountain river to a waterfall before returning back to your hotel. Monkey River Trip Your guide picks you up at your hotel dock and you travel by boat to Monkey River. Your guide takes you up this beautiful jungle river where you will see incredible wildlife, including the Howler Monkey. You will also see an amazing array of beautiful tropical birds. After your trip up the river, your guide will stop at Monkey River Town where you can see a typical Belize Village and have lunch a local restaurant. Lunch is not included. After the the lunch, your guide will take you in search of the manatee of the area before returning you back to your hotel. Full Day Tour This tour begins with a pick up at your hotel. Depending on weather, you will go by boat to Independence and then by vehicle or by vehicle all the way to Lubaantun Mayan Ruins. Your guide takes you hiking to the ruins, where he will show you around the ruins. This ruin is in a natural state so much of trip is wildlife and hiking. Your guide also takes you to Nim Punit, another small ruin that your guide will show you around. Tour includes guide, transporation, lunch and entrance fee. Full day tour with guide and kayaks Your guide will take you kayaking from Placencia to the inner cayes.
